In this role, you will be working closely with our chefs, kitchen staff, and housekeeping team to ensure that our kitchen remains a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. You will be using industry-standard cleaning tools and software to track and manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance tasks.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Manage and maintain cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance tasks using industry-standard software.
- Support kitchen staff by providing necessary cleaning supplies and tools.
- Monitor and report any issues related to kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Familiarity with kitchen cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cleaning management software is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
