📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
• Manage and maintain the company's IT inventory, including software licenses and hardware assets.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Provide training and support to employees on new software and technologies.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and networks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
• Good understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
