📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Physical Therapy Department, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
• Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Conduct staff training and development to maintain high standards of care.
• Monitor and evaluate department performance, making data-driven decisions to improve services.
• Manage department budget and resources efficiently.
• Represent the department in interdepartmental meetings and committees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including OSHA and Joint Commission.
