📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Use HRIS tools like BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday to streamline HR processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent Nusantics at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on HR trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong background in strategic HR and employee experience.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring HR teams.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools like BambooHR, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
