📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Support the legal and procurement team in managing contract lifecycles, from initiation to termination.
• Conduct research and analysis on contract terms, legal precedents, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including schedules, change orders, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in project deliverables.
• Attend meetings and participate in contract-related discussions with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of contract-related reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contracts management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software such as ContractWorks or similar.
