📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the dining area to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Greet and assist guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Use Resy and Toast POS to manage reservations and orders efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Familiarity with reservation systems like Resy and POS systems like Toast.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid ID and food handling certificate.
