📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential, strata, office, and leasing properties.
• Manage and coordinate with service providers, including cleaning, security, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance audits.
• Manage tenant relations and lease agreements.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure smooth leasing processes.
• Provide regular reports and updates to property owners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential, strata, office, or leasing properties.
• Strong knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, OnQ, or BuildingIQ.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients.
• Knowledge of Indonesian property management regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
