As an Operations Improvement Engineer, you will work closely with our team of experts to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will leverage your expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and data analytics to streamline operations and improve overall performance in our state-of-the-art facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies in semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Utilize data analytics tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI to monitor and optimize production performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality and productivity issues
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on best practices and process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations improvement, process optimization, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
