📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and transparent practices.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, particularly Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
