📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on financial accounting topics, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Create and maintain training materials, such as lesson plans, presentations, and interactive exercises, using tools like PowerPoint, Prezi, and Microsoft Word.
• Conduct live training sessions, providing real-time feedback and support to ensure trainees achieve their learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in financial accounting and training methodologies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and programs.
• Support the onboarding and professional development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or a related role.
• Certification in financial accounting, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with training software and tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi, and Microsoft Word.
