📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in managing warranty claims and ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
- Process warranty claims using our internal system and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve warranty issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to warranty claimants.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and processes.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees in the warranty department.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of warranty policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Administrative Studies, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
