📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements.,Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehousing practices, inventory control, and logistics management.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
