As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.,Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
