📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in the HVAC industry.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring they make informed decisions about HVAC solutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.,Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the HVAC industry, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide sales strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in the HVAC industry.,Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and technologies.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
