📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage manufacturing projects from inception to completion,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary,Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards,Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders,Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing project management,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in project management tools and software,Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001),Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry
