📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality research outputs and reports.,Develop and implement research strategies aligned with organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of research projects.,Provide technical and managerial guidance to research team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Represent Yayasan Mendaki at national and international conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and project management.,Proven track record of leading and managing research projects.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in working with government agencies and NGOs is a plus.,Experience in Bali and the Indonesian context is desirable.
