📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting process, including payroll and tax preparation.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and submit financial statements to relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
