📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues,Monitor and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations,Experience with IT security measures and best practices,Familiarity with common IT software and hardware,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
