📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate job postings.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding support.,Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
