📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including mail handling and message taking.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and hospitality systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
