📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Promote sales and special offers to drive store performance.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
