Max Express Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that our logistics processes are running smoothly. You will work closely with our team to optimize our operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Manage and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance and morale.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
