📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax consulting services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise clients on how to adapt their strategies accordingly.,Manage a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internal and external.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
