📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers.,Negotiate deals and close sales with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend networking events and industry conferences to build business connections.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.,Train and develop new sales agents to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
