As a Lead Line Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items in our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the recipe and food safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the restaurant meets its sales and service goals.,Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a must.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
