Resto Dian Digital is seeking a Lead HR Manager to oversee our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring the company's workforce is engaged, productive, and compliant with all regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
