📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food and service quality by supervising kitchen and front-of-house staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
