📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.

Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.

Process transactions and handle cash or card payments.

Promote products and services to increase sales.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Assist with stock taking and other administrative tasks.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
