📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans.,Monitor patients' responses to treatments and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including injections and IV therapies.,Participate in staff meetings and other team activities to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including patient rooms and shared spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
