📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.,Experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
