📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance data.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Administer and enforce company policies, including attendance, leave, and benefits.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Mempawah.
