Java Projects Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Furniture Quality Control (QC) professional to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our furniture products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct quality tests and inspections to identify defects and deviations.,Document and report quality issues, including defects and non-conformities.,Work with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent defects.,Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and improve material quality.,Maintain and update quality control records and documentation.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the furniture industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Willingness to travel for quality inspections and audits.
