📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teller in handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Follow all bank policies and procedures.,Assist in cash handling and counting.,Monitor and report any irregularities or suspicious activities.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with cash handling and counting.,Proficiency in using basic computer and banking software.,Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
