📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and goods as per the company's requirements.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain strong and positive relationships.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the purchasing manager in managing inventory levels and stock control.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Provide support in the analysis of purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
