📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and other relevant metrics.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
