Commis Chef - Immediate

Life Bay Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commis Chef to join our team in Dili. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about food and wants to make a difference in our culinary operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests.
• Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Working in a fast-paced environment and managing your time effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Following all health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering.
• Training and mentoring junior staff.
• Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Familiarity with local cuisine and ingredients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian and Tetum.
