📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the procurement team to support purchasing decisions.,Maintain accurate records and reports for management and regulatory purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
