📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing key client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.,Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies.,Provide regular reports and updates to the Key Account Manager on client interactions and account status.,Attend client meetings and events as needed, representing NEXA Abadi professionally.,Assist in identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals for potential clients.,Support the Key Account Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong understanding of CRM software and database management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Knowledge of the tourism industry in Bali is a plus.
