- Assist in managing daily operations and guest services
- Support event planning and coordination

- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff

- Assist in financial management and reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related industry
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
